interest in our holiday residence in Constance.
This apartment is approximately 60 qm and holds a
separate large bedroom with a king bed (160*200) and a
living room with a kitchen and a bar.
Bathroom includes bathtube and WC.
The apartment is located in a newly built residence
in walking distance from the historical city center,
directly at the lake and Rhein. The residence was
finished in June 06 and the apartment is absoulety
new and state of the art furnished.
One carspace also belongs to the apartment and can
be rented for a small additional fee.
The city center and the
lake with its swimming opportunities are reachable
in a few walking minutes. Excellent bus connections
and supermarkets are also close to the apartment.
